**Job Overview**
Day By Day Excav8 is a growing, modern mobile crushing company serving construction companies, quarries, and asphalt & concrete producers. We pride ourselves on safety, quality, and getting the job done right, every time.

We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable Labourer to join our crew. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, outdoor environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

**Location**:We service Southwestern Ontario and the GTA

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with daily crushing operations for concrete and asphalt products
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Help with site setup, cleanup, and general labour duties
- Operate hand tools, shovels, and other equipment as needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations
- Support machine operators and follow directions to keep the site running smoothly
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly
- Conduct minor troubleshooting and maintenance tasks as required and report any major issues to maintenance teams or supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Previous construction or heavy equipment experience is an asset, but **we’re willing to train the right person**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation
