Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee job planning estimates and pricing
- Oversee pipeline labor crew and coordination of schedules.
- Work with HSE Coordinator to oversee all safety operations and policies are followed.
- Ensure that all government regulations, all hydro testing documentation, quality control and company policies are adhered to in all facets of the operation.
- Conduct all supervision and administrative duties in a professional manner with full respect to “due diligence’.
- Provide field training to Cascade employees.
- Being able to work as a team lead and trouble shoot equipment
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
