**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Support the Sales team in all presentation centre activities, including but not limited to greeting visitors and ensuring a pleasant and informative visit, following up with marketing materials and sales resources, communicating with homeowners, coordinating appointments and administrative support
- Assist with entering visitor details and sales activities in the CRM system and capturing key customer information to support their home buying journey
- Assist with sales & marketing activities, including community events, assisting with social media content and engaging the local Realtor community
- Assist with to ensuring the presentation centre is kept clean, fresh and professional, including adherence to safety protocols for the benefit of employees and visitors
- A willingness to learn about wood frame multi-family development; prior experience in real estate sales or leasing environment preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers in a busy, yet pleasant and informative environment
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail, accompanied by excellence in time management and effective collaboration
- Technology proficiency, including MS Office 365; prior experience with Avesdo and Spark CRM or other web based systems considered an asset
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently within a team environment
- Motivated with a desire to learn and willingness to take direction
