- Reliable transportation - Staff will meet at Mini Mall Storage and travel from site to site in a company vehicle driven by their crew lead. Please mention to interviewer if you have a clean drivers abstract and are willing to drive a company truck.
- Ability to lift 50lbs - For the most part, we use backpack blowers to get rid of the sidewalk snow, but at times, shovels and ice picks are necessary so the ability to lift weight is a necessity. Please mention to interviewer if you have any injuries that could be aggravated by physical labor.
- Punctual & able to work with little supervision - You must take pride in your work, have attention to detail, be self motivated and punctual.
- A positive attitude - It can get really cold during our winters, and some days may be long if it snows throughout the day, dress in warm gear and always try to maintain a positive attitude.

This position will include touring all of the residential apartment buildings and town home complexes we service in Camrose, placing salt, removing snow build up from sidewalks, doing ice checks to ensure walkways are safe for tenants.
