Our Pricing Consultant role is for an experienced implementation consultant, someone driven to partner with customers to realize the most value through optimal implementation of SaaS solutions.
You have an analytical mindset, love problem solving, and investing in productive relationships. You communicate effectively through what you say, and back it up with clear and complete documentation. If excited by the prospects of revolutionizing the way manufacturers service their customers, and ultimately, impacting how we consumers experience this new service economy, we would really love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We will familiarize you with Syncron’s products and processes by utilizing our eLearning platform and participation in actual customer projects. Your personal mentor and the members of your global project team will support you to quickly learn what you need. As your knowledge grows, you will be given more senior responsibilities. Our career framework offers the guidance you need and allows you to proactively design your personal development.
You will ensure Syncron customers realize the most value from our solutions by:
- Mapping and identifying the customer business requirements
- Designing business and process solution based on Syncron’s products
- Delivering business value to Syncron’s Customers
- Business system integration
- Project management
- Stakeholder and change management
- Project estimation
- Global collaboration
You will be based in our office in Chicago and work in a truly international team where our projects are delivered in a distributed model. The position will include traveling to customers, realistically up to 50%, within US, and potentially, also in other parts of the world.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Degree educated, preferably with focus on Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Pricing, Industrial Management or related
- 3+ Years of professional work experience
- Understanding of relational databases and use of SQL
- Strong Business acumen
- The ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience in one or more of these areas:
- Finished Good, Service, or Service Parts pricing
- Consulting in Pricing, promotion planning, Aftermarket marketing, or ERP
- Business design of ERP or pricing software solutions
- Implementation of software solutions
The Pricing Consultant will report directly to the Manager of Expert Services, Business Operations for North America.
