Front of House Support (Busser/Host)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We want you to feel comfortable, to enjoy your work, and make our guests welcome in our home Each shift you will be assigned to the role of busser or host.

BUSSER:

- Maintain tables during service by clearing completed dishes, refilling water bottles, etc.
- Support service staff, prepare takeout orders
- Assist with punching in online orders

HOST:

- Greet guests at the door
- Oversee reservations (Defina Wood Fired location only)
- Manage guest concerns and inquiries where possible
- Answer the phones
- Assist with punching in online orders
- Support service staff with managing takeout

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Discounted or free food

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips
