**HR Generalist**

**General Duties**:

- Facilitate communication between employer and employee to improve internal relations
- Create and update procedures on tasks relating to the duties of this position
- Report unsafe working conditions and participate in JHSC
- Enforce and adhere to the codes of the company's Business Code of Conduct
- Follow company procedures to both their letter and intent
- Perform all job functions with adherence to the Company's Philosophy and Values, as well as the Safety and Environmental standards
- Support employee engagement activities, creation, and execution

**Core Functions of the role to include, but are not limited to**:

- HR Administration
- Recruitment
- New Hire Orientation
- Employee Relations and engagement
- Employee File Management and Maintenance
- Policies & Procedures - management, creation, and adoption
- Training & Development
- Other Requirements as needed within the HR function

**Education**:

- Human Resources Post Secondary
- CHRP preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time
