**Glenmore Custom Print & Packaging is one of the leading packaging & commercial printers in the Pacific NorthWest **and we are looking for a **Marketing Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Set, plan and implement communication, content and social media objectives, strategies and tactics
- Produce engaging content via text, image and video content for social media accounts and our website (blog and text)
- Monitor, track and report on community feedback
- Organise and manage events to boost brand awareness
- Coordinate marketing, PR and communications activities
- Liaise with Leadership and Sales departments
- Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology and industry trends

**Regular Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, regular office hours
- This is an on-site position

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives
- Working knowledge of SEO, geomarketing principles, and MS Office suite
- Training and/or experience in graphic design is a great asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to act with good judgement and discretion
- Attention to detail and time-management skills
- Creative thinker
