We are seeking a **dedicated Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping experience** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for both administrative and financial tasks to contribute to our growing organization.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Administrative tasks**:

- Perform routine office procedures and operate office equipment efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for client information and data.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
- Assist with preparing presentations and materials for meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Bookkeeping tasks**:

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including processing invoices and payments.
- Reconcile accounts and bank statements, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal and external use.
- Support the monthly and year-end accounting processes.
- Assist with payroll preparation and other related bookkeeping duties.
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop to input financial data, track expenses, and manage client accounts.
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including maintaining accurate records for audit purposes.

**Desired Skills**:

- 2+ years of administrative and bookkeeping experience or a related field.
- Experience with bookkeeping software, especially QuickBooks Desktop, is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with clients and collaborating within teams.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflows efficiently.
