O'Flynn Weese LLP is an established and collegial law firm in Belleville with 8 lawyers and approximately 20 staff. We are a full-service firm that is in immediate need of a Reception/Client Coordinator.

The position is full-time and involves providing clerical support to our lawyers and law clerks, greeting clients and other office visitors in person and on the telephone, coordinating the provision of office supplies with staff and vendors, operating the office telephone switchboard, assisting with operation and maintenance of case files and records systems, processing client payments, accounting tasks (entering cheques and maintaining an organized record of daily transactions), and coordinating office events.

The role requires time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Superior communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Developed client service and interpersonal abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong keyboarding/computer skills (primarily Word and Outlook).

Prior experience and familiarity with accounting and knowledge of legal terminology is welcomed but not essential. Maintenance of client confidentiality is critical. Salary commensurate with experience.

**Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm**, extended on occasion to ensure completion of office transactions/deliveries.

**Cover letter and resume is required**, with two references to be provided upon request.

Pay: $36,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
