**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing go-to-market plans for both new product launches and cross-sell/upsell of existing products, ensuring that product launches align with our overall business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, customer success, and marketing, to drive awareness and adoption of the Introhive platform in the market.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Capable of developing and articulating compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates products in the market.
- Proven track record in successful product launch planning and execution, yielding measurable results.
- Strong project management abilities, adept at handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Skilled in aligning stakeholders across the organization, including product development, sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Exceptional communication and presentation talents for effectively conveying product value propositions.
- Creative thinking aptitude for executing unique campaigns, both within and beyond standard product marketing opportunities.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills, capable of representing the voice of the customer.
- Enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making and analysis, suited for a high-growth environment.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B Saas products
- Experience working with SaaS would be considered a very strong asset
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong organization, writing, and storytelling skills
- Excels at driving collaboration and aligning stakeholders
- Effective at market research and competitive analysis, and ability to distill complex findings into easy to understand content and campaigns
- Experience with marketing automation and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pendo, Jira/Confluence, Product Board, Slack).
