**Job Opportunity: Lead Carpenter**
**Location**: Sweetgrass, Saskatchewan
**Shift**: 10 days on, 4 days off

Are you a skilled carpenter with leadership experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for quality construction? Join our dynamic team as a **Lead Carpenter**, where you’ll work alongside our Site Superintendent and construction crews to deliver high-quality projects safely and efficiently.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead construction work in alignment with project plans and priorities.
- Mentor and guide trades workers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Oversee daily responsibilities, schedules, and crew attendance.
- Maintain compliance with safety policies and high-quality standards.
- Communicate project updates and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, teams, and contractors.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 5+ years in construction with a strong carpentry background.
- **Skills**: Ability to read blueprints, lead teams, and organize effectively.
- **Certification**: Journeyman Carpenter Ticket (optional but an asset). Valid safety certifications (First Aid, CSTS, WHMIS, Work Hub Orientation, etc.) and a valid driver’s license.
- **Characteristics**:

- Motivated self-starter with problem-solving skills.
- Strong communicator, both verbally and electronically.
- Organized and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in variable conditions.

**Ready to Apply?**

Pay: $40.00-$42.36 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
