**Job Overview**
At Firehouse Subs, we believe people come back when they’re treated well and fed well. We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our Warman location. This role is perfect for someone with experience in managing QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants), leading teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a Firehouse Subs Restaurant Manager, you won’t just manage a store, you’ll lead a team, build a local guest base, and create a high-energy work environment that lives up to our brand promise: “Hearty & Flavorful Food, Heartfelt Service.”.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift transitions
- Coach and mentor your team to uphold Firehouse standards and deliver top-tier service
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, cost control, and team performance
- Handle guest feedback and ensure all health, safety, and brand procedures are followed
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Create a fun, clean, and respectful work environment
- Collaborate with ownership to drive local strategy, increase sales, and build brand value in the community
**Experience**
- Prior experience independently managing a QSR or similar food service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for people, both team and guests
- Strong operational skills (scheduling, cash handling, inventory, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
- Certification in First Aid, food safety, (e.g., ServSafe) is an asset
- Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
