**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services to potential customers.
- Build rapport with homeowners and effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
- Demonstrate products and provide detailed information to address customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to book appointments.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

**Skills**
- Experience: Prior experience in sales/lead generation, 1-2 years in similar roles is preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Personality: Outgoing, persuasive, confident, a natural relationship-builder, and self-motivated
- Physical Ability: comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Logistics: Reliable transportation and willingness to work in various neighborhood settings
- Work Ethic: Motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to business integrity

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (driver's abstract required).
- Due to insurance stipulations, the applicant must be a minimum of 25 Years old.
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Additional pay:

- Retention bonus

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Weekends only
