What You’ll Do:
- Defining and prioritizing new features and enhancements across the platform you are the product owner for.
- Ability to define and execute on a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) are critical. Balancing between Digital Strategy, execution of new features or enhancement introduction and continuous website optimization
- Defining the customer experience and user interface designs to deliver state of the art, consistent and intuitive user interfaces
- Collaborating with delivery teams or technical partners to deliver products to market within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Actively monitoring customer feedback, behaviors and analytics
- Identifying and resolving issues that may impact the team’s ability to meet strategic, customer experience and technical goals
What You’ll Need:
- University degree, preferably in Business or Engineering
- Minimum of 3-5 years of digital product management and agile experience
- Good relationship and conflict management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Well-developed presentation & communication skills.
- Experience with agile software development methodology
- Experience with analytics tools (Adobe, Google Analytics), agile project management tools (Jira) and remote user testing.
- Experience in financial services, travel, retail or loyalty
- Training and experience with labs
