**Position Overview**:
As a Bar Manager you will play a pivotal role in the overall success of our bar operation. You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, leading a team of bartenders, and ensuring exceptional service to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervision and Leadership - Lead a team of bartenders, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and delivering exceptional service.
Inventory Management - Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies, and conducting regular audits.
Quality Control - Maintain high standards of beverage preparation, presentation, and service. Implementing and ensuring cleaning checklists are completed.
Customer Service - Foster a welcoming and customer-focused environment, handling guest inquiries and concerns effectively.
Compliance - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including responsible service of alcohol.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of beverage service, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
