**IT Infrastructure Manager**

**Summary of Duties**
- Alongside the COO & Manager Retail Systems, Application Development and Information Security, help to prioritize the product roadmap and new features/capability development in line with company growth objectives, enterprise architecture and technology biases
- Delivery of strategic infrastructure projects and initiatives across the company.
- Collaborate with management and peers on an agreed Infrastructure Strategy
- Build effective relationships and partnerships with all the lines of business that depend on the IT services
- Develop and implement best practices for our IT function and ensure security, stability, and scalability
- Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver high quality nimble solutions and services while maintaining a strategic vision and set of priorities
- Provide technical support to all services of the organization
- Administer maintenance, licensing and purchase of all information technology hardware and software systems
- Oversee & manage EDI integration projects between our ERP system and various e-commerce, marketing & CRM tools and marketplace partners, such as Shopify, Salesforce, Fanatics, Adobe etc.
- Work in partnership with the E-commerce and Marketing teams to enhance our set-up to facilitate processes in an everchanging digital landscape
- Direct the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes
- Research and recommend new tools & solutions to enhance overall business processes
- Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems
- Protect and lead projects to protect sensitive information and system-crucial data
- Develop IT security policies that cover data access, devices, incident response, and other issues
- Work directly with Finance and Operations to coordinate budgets and approve infrastructure improvements
- Lead the infrastructure team on driving standardization and reliability across all performance sensitive systems
- Develop cloud management processes and best practices
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory best practices, both from a security and operational perspective
- Strong practical knowledge of other core infrastructure elements, including secure networking design & firewall configuration, and VPNs
- Skillful in IT infrastructure items, such as server room facilities, structure cabling system, UPS, door access control/CCTV, air conditioning etc.
- Design and implement cyber security compliant protection options, including disk encryption, backups, etc.
- Maintain an IT system update program that addresses identified risks and business security requirements for operating systems and infrastructure
- Provide the necessary leadership and oversight to the IT team to make sure systems run smoothly and necessary improvements are made

**Qualifications**

**Education**: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

**Experience**: 3+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects

**Computer Skill**: Experience in working with Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, Shopify

**Other Skills**:

- Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems
- Strong knowledge of project management principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Prior experience with hardware/software installation & configuration preferred
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Should possess an interest in technology, computers and mobile devices
- Possess ability to work under pressure and multi-task while working under deadlines
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- High level understanding of internet security and data privacy principles
- Knowledge of web page management (HTML, UI/UX)
- Certification as IT Technician (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified
