Seize the opportunity: take your next step with us and join our team. **Customer Service Rep/Sleep Support Advisor (Full Time) - Newmarket, ON** **Major Responsibilities**: - Educate clients and fit for CPAP Therapy equipment - Meet store sales targets, working with Territory Manager and Customer Service Team - Work with Sleep Labs to ensure client therapy needs are met and government billing forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner - Perform customer service activities including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems - Stocks shelves and sets up promotional materials - Work with vendors to educate all staff on CPAP therapy products - Accountable for providing complete and accurate account set-up and pricing data and ensures ongoing accuracy of customer information **Job Related Qualifications**: - High school graduate - Customer Service Excellence - Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills - You will be results oriented, organized, and able to set priorities and follow through on tasks - Manage relationships with current and new customers, as well as referral sources - A commitment to safety is a must and the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment **Professional Experience**: - A work history focusing on customer satisfaction is a pre-requisite - Must have the ability to "up sell" - Proficient in computer environment **Other Considerations**: - Bilingual English/French an asset - Good communication and interpersonnel skills required - Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision - A safety conscious team player who works well with others - Linde has an extensive background check process which may include but is not limited to, a criminal background review, reference checks, employment and education verification._ - Linde Canada Inc. is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities.
