Shraim’s Sweets is looking for an enthusiastic **Marketing Specialist** to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Good knowledge in the arabian culture and understand and analyse the arabian culture in Canada to Develop promotional materials

Hire, train, direct and motivate staff

Manage contracts

Market business services

Plan and control budget and expenditures running ad campaign through social media platforms and analyse the arabian culture and make segmentations

Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials

Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs

Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyse their findings

Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
