**About the Role**:
Local Home Services is looking for professional **Appliance Repair Technicians** in **Calgary** and nearby communities. Whether you're a seasoned pro or building your client base, we offer flexible scheduling and high earning potential — all with zero overhead.

Technicians will handle diagnostics and in-home repairs for common residential appliances including **fridges, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers**, and more. Our streamlined dispatch system and mobile app make job management easy, so you can focus on service.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Travel to customer homes to diagnose and repair major appliances
- Service household appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and dishwashers
- Replace parts and test units for functionality and safety
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide estimates or repair updates
- Use our mobile platform to track service details, notes, and photos
- Maintain safety, professionalism, and quality standards on every call
- Optional: Install new appliances when needed

**What You Bring**:

- 6+ months of hands-on appliance repair experience
- Your own tools (sealed system/gas a bonus but not required)
- Solid knowledge of appliance brands, diagnostics, and repair methods
- Reliable communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable work vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable using smartphone apps to manage service calls
- Bonus: Red Seal or appliance-specific certifications
