Pharmacy Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients. Your attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminology, and commitment to patient care will contribute to the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

**Duties**:

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately
- Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock, organizing medications, and replenishing supplies
- Process prescriptions from healthcare providers and ensure accuracy in dosage and instructions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Utilize your expertise in medication administration to support patient care initiatives
- Adhere to pharmacy laws and regulations while upholding ethical standards

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Fillware software
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician
- Strong understanding of patient care principles
- Experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Pharmacy technician: 1 year (required)
- Fillware: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Portuguese (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Pharmacy Technician registration (preferred)
