We are a home care service for seniors within southwestern Ontario. We currently have openings for full-time, part-time, contract, and casual PSW positions in the community as well as within long-term care settings to join our team team of caring and dedicated staff providing care to our senior clients.

These positions involve days, evenings, as well as some night and weekend shifts. Virtual and onsite training is provided and we strive to offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs and give you more control over your work-life balance.

PSW responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks
- Supervise and assist the Care Attendants as required
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including skin, hair, and oral care along with bathing, toileting, & peri-care
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets, as determined by the care plan
- Provide basic housekeeping tasks and companionship to help your patients enjoy a better quality of life
- Holistically monitor particular aspects of the resident’s care needs
- Participate in scheduled visits in the community to look after patient needs within your scope of practice
- Engage patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust

What you bring to the team:

- Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
- Ability to demonstrate compassion and care when interacting with patients
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
- Experience in delivering community care is an asset
- Reliability and flexibility
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area
- Experience working with the vulnerable population
- Passion for making a difference in your community
- Willingness to share in on-call coverage to ensure patients are cared for during their time of need, including after hours
- Willingness to provide exceptional client service in the delivery of compassionate care, ensuring all of their needs and questions are addressed

**Salary**: $26.50-$28.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

- Prescott, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
