**Go-To-Market (GTM) Associate**: The Go-To-Market (GTM) Associate will join the REDspace Venture Studio and serve as the first introduction for new, high-potential ventures. This entrepreneurial, high-stakes role requires writing the commercial playbook from scratch, not executing an existing one. The Associate will be directly responsible for taking a raw product concept from a "slide deck" to its first dollar of revenue, aggressively validating market demand, and setting the commercial foundation for a scalable business. This is an opportunity to build multiple sales and growth engines from scratch in a dynamic, high-velocity environment, requiring a relentless "hunter" mentality and a full-stack sales and growth athlete approach.
