Pars Sport Club Inc. is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to promoting physical activity, teamwork, and community engagement through various sports and recreational programs. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist.
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a timely and professional manner
- Handle membership sales, program registrations, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our programs, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
Pay: $19.29-$22.05 per hour
Additional pay:
