Our team is growing and we are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Consultant (contract)** who is passionate about all things recruitment and constantly challenges the recruitment norm by looking at innovative ways to find healthcare professionals across Canada.

This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition. This **Talent Acquisition Consultant** is responsible for the full cycle recruitment of CTG high volume roles. You will be providing talent acquisition support across multiple business lines within CTG.

**What you'll be doing**:

- You are recruitment. You have complete ownership of the recruitment cycle from intake, souring, interviewing, to providing offers and until the new hire's first day.
- You build relationships. You will be supporting internal stakeholders to deliver their talent acquisition needs while providing recruitment advise and guidance to hiring managers.

**Skills needed for success**:

- Experience in full cycle recruitment preferably within the healthcare industry. Recruiting for high volume roles is ideal
- You are curious and don't settle for status quo. You constantly look for ways to strengthen and improve your craft as a talent acquisition specialist. You don't settle for anything less than recruitment excellence
