Winnipeg, Canada MCI Coach Full time

***

This position is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient daily administration of invoicing, cash posting, filing, contract compliance and other issues related to accounts receivables for the New Flyer and MCI businesses.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Run auto invoicing daily.
- Prepare required manual invoices.
- Post customer payments for both private and public sales
- Maintain contract spreadsheets daily with information on price, payment terms, discounts, contract spares, etc
- Prepare & submit private sales invoice packages upon request
- Assist with preparing Manufacturer’s Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Sale
- Assist in reconciling customer accounts
- Assist the Collection Analyst and customers with accounts receivable and collection information
- Assist Treasury team with required accounts receivable information and reconciliations
- Backup on Aged Accounts Receivable report for distribution & month-end account reconciliations
- Maintain daily issue logs & review SRCR log for any items billed outside the bus price
- Provide support in any finance related initiative or projects, as required.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Accounting/Finance related degree or diploma
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite
