**Vehicle Accounts Payable Specialist**

Foss National Leasing (FNL) is a part of the Foss Automotive Group, established in 1962. It is the largest privately owned and operated fleet management company in Canada. Foss has a reputation for superior customer service and providing solutions tailored specifically to the needs of today’s automotive fleet managers.

**What will you do?**
- Interact with manufacturer and dealership staff, cultivating strong relationships
- Audit incoming vehicle order requests for accuracy and compliance
- Read and understand vehicle manufacturer invoicing
- Receiving, reconciling/balance the invoices and request payment
- Reconcile incoming dealer invoices and process payment to dealer
- Participate in company initiatives and projects

**What are we looking for?**
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience in various accounting systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Automotive experience is an asset but not required
