Essential Function
- Responsible for the overall operation of the school which includes staffing, parent tours/orientation, communication with the board of Directors
- Working alongside the Office Administrator managing enrollment projections
- Mentoring, motivating, providing guidance to the educators and staff
- Maintaining positive community relations
- Ensuring the quality of programming meets the ViNCi standards

**Qualifications**:

- Must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators
- Supervisory experience in a licensed childcare centre
- Teaching experience preferred
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- No longer than a 6-month-old Criminal Record Check
- Knowledge of the CCEYA and How Does Learning Happen
- A solid foundation of the licensing knowledge and provincial childcare legislation

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
