**Responsibilities**
- Manage assigned painting projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
- Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail and precision.
- Work independently and ensure tasks are completed without direct supervision.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after each project.
- Uphold safety standards and proper use of tools and materials.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect them from paint
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Communicate with customers to understand their painting needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the painting processThis role will involve a few steps before a full-time position is offered, allowing us to ensure a great fit for both you and the team.

**Qualifications**:
**Proven experience as a painter in residential, or commercial settings**
Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
**Strong attention to detail and time management skills**
Excellent communication and customer service skills
**Ability to work independently or as part of a team**
No criminal history

**-Are not punctual**
