**Surveyor / Project Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**

Project Planning and Execution:
Oversee all phases of concrete foundation projects from initial site survey to final inspection.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate foundation plans with overall construction goals.

Foundation Layout and Elevation Setting:
Conduct precise layout and elevation setting using advanced surveying tools (GPS, total station, transits, laser levels).

Ensure foundations are set accurately according to design specifications and building codes.

Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.

Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, promoting a culture of safety and professional development.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.

Prepare and present progress reports, budget reports, and project documentation.

Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

**Qualifications**

**Experience**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete foundation construction and with at least 3 years in a project management role.

Demonstrated experience in laying out foundations and setting elevations using advanced surveying tools.

**Skills**:
Proficient in the use of GPS, total station, transits, laser levels, and other surveying equipment.

Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
