This role will assist on business strategy, planning, analysis, and product development initiatives for PC Financial & Services. Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you’ll help shape the future of our digital products through research, coordination, and the creation of compelling presentations and documentation.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with Developers, Product Designers, Marketers, Operations Specialists, and Customer Service teams to support the delivery of impactful digital products.
- Maintain and support the health of the product backlog, including prioritization, grooming, and writing clear user stories to keep development teams focused and efficient.
- Assist in developing product strategies by forming hypotheses, conducting research, and validating ideas through data-driven insights.
- Leverage analytics and performance data to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Support user research initiatives by helping collect, analyze, and translate feedback into actionable product enhancements.
- Identify and help deprecate product features that are no longer delivering value.
- Contribute to the planning and refinement of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, documentation, and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.

**What You Bring**
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Data Science & other business functions.
- 1-2 coop terms in a product management role
- Understanding of lean startup
- Understanding of agile (scrum/kanban)
- Understanding of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Ability to work independently and sift through ambiguity
- Strong attention to detail and project management skill
