Super amazing Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant required to join the most awesome team in the Professional World Leskun & Son Accounting (LSA) Langley Location is continuing to grow and is in need of another Team Member

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years general office administration experience;
- Must be able to work at an accelerated pace as required;
- High level of efficiency with exceptional attention to detail;
- Proven time management and exceptional organizational skills;
- Superior computer skills using Windows and Office;
- Willingness to take on ad hoc assignments;
- Ability to prioritize and balance competing interests;
- Ability to read, write and speak English, command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, especially with clients and the team;
- Strong skills in handling multiple assignments, deadlines, and high-pressure situations;
- Basic tax return preparation (especially in Profile Software) experience an asset;
- Basic bookkeeping and payroll skills and experience an asset;
- Accounting office administration experience an asset;
- Must have BC DL and vehicle or other transportation to get to training and to work as needed;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
