_**Position Overview**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Project Planning & Coordination:_
- _Assist in developing and tracking project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project manager._
- _Coordinate and communicate with clients, and contractors to define project requirements and expectations._
- _Oversee the flow of information between all stakeholders, ensuring that all team members are informed and aligned throughout the project._
- Documentation & Reporting:_
- _Maintain project documentation, including drawings, sample submittals, material lists, change orders, and approvals._
- _Track project milestones and deliverables, preparing regular status reports for internal teams and clients._
- _Ensure proper documentation of any design revisions and scope changes._
- Production & Delivery Coordination:_
- _Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of millwork components._
- _Assists with material quantities, orders and ensure accurate inventory levels to meet project timelines._
- _Organize and manage the logistics of delivery, installation, and site coordination._
- Quality Control & Problem Solving:_
- _Collaborate with the project team to resolve any technical or design challenges._
- _Conduct site visits to ensure project progress aligns with the client’s expectations and quality standards._
- _Assist in identifying potential issues or risks and implementing solutions to prevent delays._
- **Nice to Have**_
- _Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation._
- _Experience with project management tools, including ProCore and FieldWire, BIM360. _
- _Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively._
- _Familiarity with construction management software and processes._
- _Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders._
- _Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated._
- _Prior experience in a similar role or relevant educational background is preferred. _
