Our Creaform Engineering division is looking for a manager for our electrical and automation team. Holding a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, you are a leader who knows how to assist our clients through the development projects of their products and processes. Nicolas, your future manager, is known for his teamwork spirit and ability to bring people together. He has been working at Creaform for five years, starting as a team leader and now being in charge of operations.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Coaching the team by providing training and support for career development and skills enhancement of team members.
- Analyzing workload, setting priorities, planning, and optimizing the team's work.
- Participating in the selection process and integrating new talents into the team.
- Promoting collaboration and innovation within the team.
- Monitoring projects (schedule, quality, cost).
- Collaborating in the submission process: evaluation, planning, presenting projects to potential clients.

**Your projects will lead you to**:

- Lead feasibility studies for the design of automated systems.
- Design, diagnose, and analyze automated and robotic systems.
- Develop risk analysis as well as reliability and machine safety strategies.
- Provide technical support to designers and participate in design reviews.
- Review electrical diagrams and control system architecture.
- Develop process and instrumentation diagrams.
- Participate in the selection of various project equipment according to electrical standards and norms.

**You will feel at home if you**:

- Are a natural leader with experience in team management and coaching.
- Have at least three (3) years of experience in management and 7 to 8 years of overall work experience.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Have experience in product development.
- Know electrical drawing software such as AutoCad Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, SEE Electrical, EPlan, CATIA (cables and harness module).
- Are a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
- Are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Are an exceptional project manager.
- Are organized and have good planning skills.
- Communicate effectively in both English and French, both orally and in writing.
