The office of the Chief Legal, Privacy and Governance Officer works on driving health and wellness innovation that supports business initiatives, effective change management, and team effectiveness, consistent with FNHA priorities, goals, directives, and values. Working with both internal and external partners and stakeholders, the team plays an essential role in providing leadership and strategic operational support for advancing our Multi-Year Health Plan goals, priorities, and objectives. This team leverages best practices in coordinating a response to emerging issues that require a comprehensive FNHA response.

**Title**: Manager, Corporate Policy
**Salary**: $99,899 - $117,528 - $135,158 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours Monday - Friday (core hours
- 9:00 am - 3:00 pm)
**Location**: Coast Salish Squamish, Musqueam and Tsleil-Waututh Nations - Metro Vancouver: Park Royal Office - Hybrid - min 3 days in the offices (Hybrid working is an option in line with the FNHA’s flex work policy).

Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.

**About the role**
As Manager, Corporate Policy, you will provide leadership and management of end-to-end processes and all activities related to review and implementation of corporate policy development, including processes, policy assessment and best practice, and teamwork and collaboration with department heads. You will review, recommend and implement new and improved corporate policy development processes. Additionally, you will act as a single point of contact and source of truth for all FNHA corporate policies, directives and procedures, including inventory and calendar development, current state of all FNHA corporate policies, and management and document control. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing corporate policy staff and their operations.

**About you**

**Education**
- University Degree in a related field plus 8-10 years related experience, including leadership skills and abilities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Experience**
- Experience working with First Nations leadership and communities is a strong asset.
- Experience with organizational policy.
- Experience with process analysis and documentation.
- Strong engagement and collaboration background.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
