**We are seeking the right individual to fulfill a position in our Saskatoon or Calgary office as a**:
**BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct research to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to enhance business efficiency using technology-driven strategies
- Serve as a key resource in troubleshooting system supported business issues, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing technology-based solutions to optimize business operations
- Work with third parties and the business during system development, testing and implementation
- Provide training and guidance to the business when new tools and features are introduced
- Evaluate and assess system releases, upgrades and configuration options to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the business

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, business, or engineering
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience and responsibilities
- Proficiency in various business technologies
- Strong interpersonal communication, analysis and writing skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills to analyze, model and interpret data
- Proven experience with all stages of system implementation in complex business environments
