**About the Role**:

- The Sales Manager oversees the sales team, ensures departmental targets are achieved and maintains high customer satisfaction.

**Schedule**: Full-Time

**Compensation**: $120,000 - $200,000 (Full Commission)

**Who you are**:
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of Automotive Sales Management with a proven track record

**License**: Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.

**Certification**: Valid VSA license.

**Customer Skills**: Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.

**Tech Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.

**What your day will look like**:
**Performance Monitoring and Coaching**:Monitor and analyze Sales Consultant performance, train and coach the sales team to meet sales targets.

**Sales Support**: Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries

**Customer Interaction**: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by managing customer issues and escalations effectively.

**Inventory and Product Knowledge**:Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and industry trends.

**Metrics and Reporting**:Measure and report sales metrics, monitor actual performance against plans.
