**Tire Technician Job Description**

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a qualified tire technician who can work on medium truck, AG and OTR tires and can run a service truck. Someone who likes the tire industry and is willing to learn and grow with experience. A sense of humor and strong work ethic a definite benefit. Wages will vary with your experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Install, balance, and rotate tires on various vehicles.
- Diagnose tire-related issues and provide solutions on how to repair them.
- Perform tire repairs, including patching, installing tubes and installing AG tires.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections of tires and tools to ensure safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep the service truck well stock and maintained.
- Willing to work overtime as needed, when needed, especially during seeding, harvest and winter rush.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a tire technician.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using both hand tools and power tools.
- Verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members and customers.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installation and maintenance tasks.
- A commitment to safety protocols in the workplace.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
