**Our office in Kingston, ON, **is looking for an organized, efficient, and reliable **Tool Crib Assistant **to join the team.

**Summary of the Role**:
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Tool Crib Assistant will support the team with data entry of all tools and equipment within the Tool Crib while also assisting where necessary, including the shipping and receiving all deliveries for the Branch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in entry of all returns and requisitions of equipment and small tools in the computer.
- Communicate effectively on the phone and in person.
- Assist in tool order completion.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of all tools and equipment.
- May assist in filling orders and/or ensuring delivery of all tools and equipment submitted by field personnel for job sites.
- May assist in inspecting returned equipment for obvious safety hazards and tag for repair.
- May assist in signing out and processing tool and equipment returns via computer.
- Takes direction from Tool, Fleet & Equipment team and Area Manager for any issues.
- Ensures responsibilities and accountabilities are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with E.S. Fox Limited safety policy/procedures, ISO 18001 standards and OHSA requirements.
- Ensures that environmental aspects within his/her sphere of responsibility are adhered to pursuant to ISO 14001 requirements.
- Maintain general cleanliness of offices and lunchrooms.
- Maintain lawn and general yard.

**Key Requirements, Experience and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a Construction based environment would be an
- Construction equipment knowledge through work experience in any related construction/repair fields or course.
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory, ordering and return of consumables and trade
- Proven organizational skills through employment and/or
- Basic level computer proficiency is required.
- Experience with data entry and information retrieval using computer systems.
- Possess current and valid Driver's
- Experience in forklift
- Past training in health and safety programs included WHMIS.
- Effective communication skills (written & oral).
