- **Promote and upsell services and packages**, ensuring clients get the most from their experience.
- **Multitask** and prioritize various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- **Create engaging content for social media**, including photography, video, and posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- **Support daily office operations**, helping the team stay organized and running smoothly.

- **Positive and outgoing personality**, with a focus on customer satisfaction and empathy for expectant families.
- **Tech-savvy** with a strong understanding of Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office.
- **Proficiency with social media platforms** (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and a creative mindset for content creation.
- **Excellent communication skills**, both verbal and written.
- **Strong organizational skills**, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- **Team player** who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.

**Availability**:
We are seeking someone available to work on **Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends as needed**. This position is ideal for students or anyone looking for a flexible side job.
