**We are looking for a Grocery Lead Hand to join our Brookswood Buy-Low Foods location in Langley, BC.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a positive and professional experience by greeting and assisting every customer with inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure the department is well-stocked and presented with the freshest products.
- Verify and accurately price and label products.
- Assist with communicating messages, training, and supervising team members.
- Help maintain operational efficiency by motivating team members to increase sales, exceed budgets, and meet profit goals.
- Ensure accurate inventory management including stock counts, ordering, receiving, and invoicing.
- Clean equipment and workstation to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience.
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous retail grocery experience is considered an asset.

$18.50 - $24.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
