Parts excellence will fuel Brandt’s growth, both by providing distinctly better customer support, and by delivering profit to Brandt’s dealerships. To accomplish this task, we need a strong Parts Analytics Manager that works closely with the analytics team. Providing direction on reporting and data analytics for many aspects as it relates to inventory control, stock leveling, and data integrity. Lead projects pertaining to new product lines, product changeovers, cross reference material as well as vendor management and analytics. Analyze and coordinate vendor returns to determine the best course of action whether it be transfers to central hubs or direct to vendors. Will develop an understanding of ERP’s used within Brandt, which includes but not limited to stocking logic, pricing structures, and parts profiles.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage team of 5+ analysts, spanning the multiple industries under Brandt Tractor/Brandt Tractor Peterbilt
- Create stocking logic to meet the forecasted parts demand.
- Manage ongoing relationship with key vendors and their personnel
- Identify and implement processes to increase efficiencies within the analytics department.
- Identify opportunities, implement strategies to market, and grow the overall parts business of Brandt Tractor.
- Work with the Inventory Department on new stocking methodology and recommendations
- Provide guidance and broad communication to Dealerships and Warehouses of Brandt Tractor/Brandt Tractor Peterbilt as it pertains to innovations within Brandt’s ERP’s.
- Work in tandem with Parts Inventory Teams to develop and implement a corporate parts stocking system to maximize parts availability
- Work in tandem with Parts Inventory Teams to develop and implement an initial parts and seasonal parts inventory process
- Special Projects (Product Changeover / Cross References / Strategic Sourcing)
- Duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience within inventory management, warehousing or supply-chain is preferred
- Excellent aptitude for deep dive data analysis to derive meaningful business insights
- Analytical / critical thinker who can problem solve and think outside the box
- 3-5 years of relevant parts experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Mathematics, Analytics, or similar discipline would be considered an asset
- Customer focused and comfortable with conflict resolution
- Knowledge or experience within ERP systems
- Ability to use Excel/VBA to create tools for the department that are intuitive, efficient, reliable, and repeatable
- Strong work ethic, willing to put in the extra time as required to get the job done
