Meeting Room Solutions Analyst

As a Meeting Room Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for building and delivering best in class meeting room solutions to our clients. This is a unique role blending knowledge and experience in IT, AV, and sales and will give you the opportunity to do something new and different every day
You will work closely with the account managers to take sales leads and initiate a detailed discovery procedure with new and existing clients to best understand their meeting room needs and work with your team and partners to design and present solutions that fit their space, intended function, and budget requirements. You will also work closely with project teams on successful pursuits to ensure the timely and appropriate configuration, install, and validation of all installed systems and complete end user training and obtain signoffs for completion.
This role may include time on site assessing and evaluating meeting room spaces, presenting designs and statements of work, or completing training and validation work. We expect a high level of confidence and professionalism meeting with key client stakeholders in these environments and will ensure appropriate training and systems are in place to support you.
You will work in close contact with Account Managers, the inside sales team, Meeting Room Concierges, Project and Service Managers, and executive level client staff. You will report to the Meeting Room Services Manager.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Desire to help build, and be part of a close-knit team
- 3+ years of previous experience in IT or AV
- Project management experience
- Amazingly strong organizational skills
- Familiarity and comfort with executive level support
