We have an opportunity for you Yvon Building Supply is currently looking for a Receptionist role out of our Burlington, Ontario location. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Receptionist will respond to all incoming calls, greet and direct all visitors, answering inquiries in a positive and professional manner, representative of Yvon culture.

**What you will be doing**:

- Maintains a safe working environment by following Yvon’s health and safety guidelines.
- Ensures incoming calls are answered promptly and professionally.
- Redirects calls as appropriate and take clear, concise messages when required.
- Greets, assists, and directs all visitors.
- Picks up and sorts internal mail.
- Prepares packages and arranges courier pick up.
- Arranges meeting room schedule and bookings.
- Maintains supplies and stationery.
- Updates phone and distribution lists.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and well-organized reception area.
- Performs Administrative support duties including mailing invoices and booking and management of travel and hotel bookings
- Assists in data entry, purchasing.
- Reconciliations
- Prepares pricing lists.
- Filing
- Performs other duties as required.

**Education**
- Post-secondary education equivalent to one-year Associate’s degree in Office Management, Business Management, or Business Administration is an asset.

**Experience**
- Greater than one year but up to three years’ experience in a similar role
- Bookkeeping experience
