**Summary**

We are seeking a weekend Sales Associate to join our team at Silk Plant Decor and more. Located in a vibrant retail environment, this role is essential for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our extensive range of artificial plants and decor products. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation as a leader in the artificial plant industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Learning product lineup to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Handle cash and manage financial transactions responsibly.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced physically demanding environment.
- Experience with cashiering and cash handling preferred.
- Ability to lift weight up to 25 lbs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 13 per week
