Data Integrity Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Data Integrity Specialist to own, develop and execute process driven initiatives to ensure accuracy within an AS400 system. Your drive for results will help our company grow by improving system information, reporting tools, process and productivity. You will be a large contributor to an exceptional internal and external Customer Experience.
You will proactively implement, analyze, and maintain process to ensure data accuracy within our system. There will be ongoing communication with Marketing, Sales, Finance, CDM, Customers and the R3 Management team. You will have a keen sense of initiative and will take ownership of projects. The role requires an innovative approach to identifying and solving business matters and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**_ Resp_**_onsibilities_**
- Responsible for the integrity and maintenance of the multiple information datasets
- Evaluate datasets for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness
- Interact with Customers and other internal teams to obtain data requirements for new and existing accounts
- Audit data on a regular basis to ensure data integrity.
- Provide creative approaches to solving data problems utilizing established regulatory rules.
- Develop and execute process driven initiatives to ensure accuracy
- Manage the regular report running schedule and process.
- Perform data management activities in accordance with customer, company, contract, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Record completed data entry forms and requests as needed.
- Prepare data for internal and external audits.
- Develop process improvements for data management activities.
- Serve as an advisor to our internal teams by answering all position related questions and concerns
- Remain aware and knowledgeable of promotional programs, competitive products, and marketing initiatives
- Generate proposals and contracts for Account Executives
- Opportunity to interact with Customer and Vendors as required to effectively manage the above objectives
**_ Requirements_**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point a must
- Use of AS400 and Power Bi an asset
- Must possess Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to thrive in high-intensity, rapidly changing environment, and to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with a sense of urgency
- Passion for delivering excellence and superior service to the business
- Able to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
- Must be able to work to deadlines and sustain high productivity levels
- Analytical and organized with relentless attention to detail
- Outcome focused, critical thinker with the ability to analyze and visualize, to ensure continuous improvement across the business.
**_ Experience and Education_**
- College/University degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years experience in similar role preferred
- Bilingual French/English an asset
