**Manager Responsibilities**:

- **Create a Positive Culture**: Foster a fun and inclusive company culture.
- **Lead and Manage**: Oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations, including HR responsibilities such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
- **Team Building**: Build strong teamwork and ensure proper staffing for all shifts.
- **Deliver Excellence**: Ensure every guest has an exceptional experience, whether dining in, enjoying the sports bar, or ordering take-out.
- **Cost Management**: Manage controllable costs, including food, beverage, labor, and quality control.
- **Safety Standards**: Maintain and enforce operational and occupational health and safety standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Use feedback tools to measure service standards and implement plans for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience suggested for GM.
- 2 years management experience suggested for AGM.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to exceed guest expectations and manage a high-performing team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada without a work permit.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
