**What to expect**:
The Client Relations Associate is responsible for the efficient and professional operation of client activities. It is important that the Client Services Associate is able to work with mínimal supervision, has the ability to display initiative and should possess high-level organizational and customer service skills. This position will report to the Manager, Client Success and will work out at CWB office in Nisku, AB.
This includes:
- Distributing all incoming mail. Processing all outgoing mail.
- Exam invigilation / registering and assisting participants for all seminars, and welder testing (where required) and examination preparation for offsite locations (where required).
- Ordering and managing inventory for standards sold by CWB Group.
- Shipping supplies to Regional Offices as requested.
- Maintaining a supply of information packages for all Divisions in the Reception area.
- Completing waybills and arranging for pick-up for courier mail.
- Other duties as assigned:
**What you bring to the table**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with a number of individuals
- Certificate in Business Administration
- Equivalent general administrative experience
- General Office Administration experience essential in corporate/professional environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Professionalism and customer-service skills to deal with clients required
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work as a team member
- Have the ability to display initiative, possess high-level organizational and customer service skills
- This is an office position in Nisku, AB
- Travel might be required from time to time
**The following qualifications are considered assets**:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant degree or
- Equivalent work experience.
