**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Own independent analysis and draw meaningful conclusions that guide product development and compliance.
- Create clear, professional, and i**mpactful technical documentation**.
- ** Navigate global regulatory standards** (UL, CE, CSA, etc.) to support **both new products and existing systems**.
- Be the go-to expert for cross-functional teams including Production, QA, Engineering, and Project Management.
- Lead and participate in audits, meetings, and teleconferences with confidence and clarity.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures—you’ll spot gaps and take initiative to close them.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Post-secondary education in an **electrical or electromechanical discipline.**:

- Proven ability to **write** clear, structured **technical documentation.**

**A plus but not required**:

- Solid understanding of key regulatory standards (UL, CE, CSA, etc.).
- Knowledge of environmental regulations (RoHS, WEEE, REACH, SCIP, etc.).
