**The opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
- Establish good foundational processes (client management, data entry, and records management) to ensure contract compliance, and smooth program operation.
- Ability to explain program, workflows and platform to clients including program requirements, registration assistance, progress check-in, exam assignment and help desk support.
- Provide front-line customer support through phone calls and virtual meetings, with occasional in-person interactions.
- Monitor and track learner progress, identifying and addressing barriers to success.
- Build positive, supportive relationships to foster learner confidence and engagement.
- Collaborate with the program team to design and implement accommodations (e.g., assistive technologies, alternative formats).
- Advocate for learner needs and provide feedback to improve program accessibility.
- Contribute to program evaluations by providing feedback on learner experiences and outcomes.
- Work closely with the program team to ensure a seamless learner experience.
- Contribute to team meetings and share insights to enhance program delivery.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and experience**
- A Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Check are required as a condition upon hire.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related field of study.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with administrative/IT tasks.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, and high aptitude for learning, retaining and using new computer software.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or other equity-deserving groups
- Fluency in French is an asset
- Ability to troubleshoot minor IT issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills: a team player that can accept responsibility and cooperate and communicate with others to accomplish organizational goals.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Highly organized and strong time management skills
- Flexible to changing demands of the job.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
